Democracy is a system that guarantees rights of every citizen to freedom of speech, movement, worship, and thought. Democracy also supports rights of citizens to decide who will lead them through votes during general elections.
Without Democracy there would be Dictatorship, Injustice, corruption and class struggle. And consequently, this would likely lead to continued social unrest and chaos at the expense of both the government and the citizens.
In solidarity with the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Mrs @Uchenna Onwuamaegbu-Ugwu, the CEO of Edufun Technik and our entire staff join over 200 million Nigerians today being June 12 in celebration of the Nigerian Democracy Day.
