On this Democracy Day, we celebrate the strong spirit of the Nigerian people and their belief in democratic values.
Nigeria’s path to democracy has been very difficult, with many struggles and sacrifices. But through it all, the courage of Nigerians never broke. Their belief in the power of the people’s voice kept them going.
As we mark this day, we must work hard to protect and strengthen our democratic institutions. We should accept our diversity which makes our nation great and work together to build a future where every Nigerian can succeed and help move our country forward.
Democracy is an ongoing journey, not a final destination. As citizens of Nigeria, it is our duty to shape its course with pride. By doing this, we honor those who sacrificed for democracy before us and ensure a brighter future for generations to come.
